2020-2021 Update:
As with most arts organizations, COVID-19 has required us to cancel our plans for the 2020-21 season. We’re heartbroken at having our voices silenced in this way, but the health and safety of our singers and audience members will shape our decision-making as we look to the future. In the meantime we are focused on administrative work and shoring up our infrastructure so that we come back stronger than ever.
Stay tuned for updates in the Spring of 2021, as we explore ways to “sing out of the box,” so to speak. More on that soon!
Portara was thrilled to participate in this virtual performance with our friend Darrell Grant, composer of the Ruby Bridges Suite which we performed at City Winery in 2019.
